Working Principle

Material flows through the drawer, passing across multiple layers of magnetic bars. Ferrous impurities are captured on the bar surfaces while clean material continues downstream. With the pneumatic or mechanical cleaning system, the magnetic cores automatically separate from their outer tubes, releasing the collected contaminants into a discharge area — allowing continuous operation without interrupting production.
