The Liquid Magnetic Separator, also known as a magnetic liquid filter, is a specialized device designed to capture ferromagnetic particles, metal shavings, and impurities from flowing liquids or semi-liquids (such as slurries, liquid foods, and chemical solutions). Working Principle

The Liquid Magnetic Separator generates a strong magnetic field using high-intensity permanent magnets or magnetic cores within the pipeline. When liquid containing magnetic particles flows through the magnetic field, ferromagnetic impurities are attracted and adhere to the surface of the magnets. The captured impurities can then be cleaned and recovered manually or automatically, protecting downstream equipment, enhancing product purity, and ensuring process stability.
